How to get there
Lausanne is located at a motorway junction in French-speaking Switzerland, and the Congress Centre Beaulieu Lausanne is located 5 minutes from the Blécherette exit from the A9 motorway. It has an underground car park with more than 500 spaces.

Transport via bus can be booked through Lausanne public transport.
- Line 3 from the SBB railway station in Lausanne, bus stop Beaulieu-Jomini.
- Line 21 from the SBB railway station in Lausanne, bus stop Beaulieu.
- Line 2 from the city centre, bus stop Beaulieu.
Geneva airport has a special place in the European air transport sector. It ensures a direct link with 142 destinations, including 23 intercontinental links. It is linked to Swiss rail services and is 45 minutes from Lausanne by car.
Alternatively, from Zürich International Airport and the EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg it takes 2,5h by train as well as by car.
An underground car park with 500 spaces on four levels is directly accessible on the site to vehicles with a height of less than 1.90 m.
There is ground-level parking for vehicles greater than 1.90 m or for deliveries during events. A request must be sent in writing to the event organiser.

- Persons with reduced mobility:
- one reserved space on level P2
- three spaces on level P3
- Payment: there are four cash-desks on level P1 and one cash-desk in the gardens. Euros are not accepted
- Electric vehicles: three spaces with charging station on level P1
- Tickets: the price of replacing a lost ticket is CHF 45. Single-use tickets or multiple tickets may be ordered directly from the organiser. Orders may not be placed directly with Beaulieu SA
